I realize that this is a pretty bare-bones "help" page, but generally-speaking, the site is pretty easy to navigate and course access is really the only point of confusion I hear about. So let's start with that, and this page will be expanded on if and when more common issues arise.

Remember, if you're stuck, you can always reach out via the Contact page, and someone will get back to you, generally within 24 hours. If we don't get back to you right away, please do not be concerned, as there is no universe in which we would take your money and not give you access to what you paid for.

Trouble Accessing Your Course?

1) I purchased the course, but never received an email confirmation of my purchase.

SOLUTION #1: Check your spam folder.

SOLUTION #2: Are you sure that there wasn't a typo in your email address (you won't believe how often this is the case)? Obviously you're not going to know if this happened for sure unless you remember how you mis-typed the email address, so in that case, just reach out and someone will assist you.

SOLUTION #3: Is it possible that you simply signed up for an account on the website without actually making a purchase? If you don't see an email receipt of some sort either in your inbox or your spam box, this could be the case.

2) After making my purchase, I got a confirmation email with an "Access Course" button, but upon clicking that button, I was taken to some page other than the page with my course materials.


I forgot my password, or cannot access the course for some reason that I am not aware of.

SOLUTION: Simply head over to the Login Page here and log in. If you don't know your password, click the "Forgot Password" link underneath the login form.
